Can I return an item?

Yes! We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

• Returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Unused, unworn, and in the original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Items that are not customized or personalized.

Please note: Sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

How to Request a Return

2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us using the address provided in the return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges Policy

Can I exchange an item?

Exchanges are accepted for the same product in a different size or color, if available. The item must meet the return criteria outlined above.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Email us at support@gratefulgesturesgifts.store with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the new size or color.
2. Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@gratefulgesturesgifts.store within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
